Refund & Return Policy-

At Bioscience Peptides, customer satisfaction is important to us.  However, due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict regulatory requirements, all sales are final.  Please carefully read the policy below before placing an order. 

Research Use Only:

All products sold by Bioscience Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and not for human consumption, injection, or medical use.  By purchasing from our site, you confirm that you are a qualified individual over the age of 18 conducting a lawful research and that you understand and agree to these terms. 

No Returns or Exchanges:

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of peptides and research chemicals, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.  This policy ensures product integrity and safety for all customers.  

All Sale Are Final:

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be refunded, or modified.  Please double check your shipping information, product selection, and quantity before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: 

In you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Mike@Bioscience-Peptides.com within 48 hours of delivery.  Please include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.  

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.  Please contact us at Mike@Bioscience-Peptides.com if you need to cancel your order immediately.

• We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• We are not responsible for products seized by any regulatory agencies. 
• Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate packaging, and it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package in a  timely manner.
