This obligation survives the completion of your purchase and the termination of your customer account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Iowa.

Refund Policy

At Bioscience Peptides LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our research products, all sales are considered final. However, we review refund or replacement requests under the limited circumstances outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refund or replacement requests may be considered for:

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect products received
  • Missing items from an order

To request a review, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs (when applicable)

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Returns

Due to the specialized and perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

If a return is authorized by Bioscience Peptides LLC, the product must:

  • Be unopened
  • Remain in its original condition
  • Receive prior written authorization before shipment

Opened, used, altered, contaminated, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Policy & Disclaimer

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping generally requires 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
